Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy is important to know as it will help keep your costs down.

Please note that we need to receive at least 48 business hours’ notice of non-attendance, otherwise a fee will be charged.

Cancellations within 48 Business hours will incur a fee of 25% of the full fee.

Cancellations within 24 business hours will incur a fee of 50% of the full fee the first time and then the second time a session is missed without 24 hours advice, a full cancellation fee of 100% of the missed session will be charged.
